Every time I have a Run and Jump Press Clinic it reminds me of the buttons that need to be pushed during the introduction phase of teaching this fun, high energy defense. Key Concept- DON’T GET BOGGED DOWN WITH THE DETAILS!
YES! Details are very important, but we need to push the “Get After It” and “Let’s Go” buttons when getting your players excited about the Run and Jump Press! YES! There is a “Method to the Madness,” but not at the expense of getting your kids “Jacked Up” with “Motivation and Passion.”
