Adjustments on the Fly

What makes the Run and Jump Press so VERY special is the ability to continually game adjust, and your players can handle it.  It gives your team the advantage of operating this press, that is “outside the box”, the ability to make those adjustments “on the fly.” As you continually teach better rotations, better traps, and better angles, the players become more and more comfortable in adjusting on their own.  IT KEEPS THE R&J SO VERY UNPREDICTABLE!

WHY THIS WORKS  You are teaching your players HOW TO defend, HOW TO run, HOW TO trap, HOW TO rotate.  NO MATTER what a team throws at you, the players are being taught to anticipate and play and react and adjust and, NOT TO think A to B to C. Your opponents will give you a variety of different approaches, different alignments, different actions, attempting to limit the effectiveness of Run and Jump Press.   The more you use and practice the Run and Jump Press, the more natural the adjustments become.  Adjustments you can make are endless and below are some examples that you might look at:
